My 20 minutes workout during lockdown

Being healthy is as good as being rich because one cannot buy health with money a rich man can make millions of dollar and make money or people work for him but in order to get good health, he needs a piece of mind and something only that he can do in order to remain fit. A common man or a wealthy man both have to follow the same path when it comes to getting better health. The place or atmosphere might differ but the hard work and effort remain the same, there are various options to remain fit being at any age. 
People have different hobbies like traveling, reading, playing games, etc. But the smartest people are the ones who took a hobby that also helps them to be in shape and feel rich within.

Some great benefits of daily workout:

6. Exercise can be fun and social

7. Keeps you creative.

I am going to show my 20 minutes hobby that helped me to be productive rather than being lazy during Lockdown.



Body stretching  - In order to start something you need to be prepared for it physically and mentally both, body stretching is a must for any physical activity to make your muscles prepared for something unusual.

Incline Push-ups - These push-ups are a great start for your body to be pumped and feel your arms and shoulders right after completing the repetitions of the muscles. It is good to focus on upper body muscles like the shoulders, four arms, and biceps more in the initial part. Try to make repetitions of even-odd-even. (Example 20-15-20)

 




Decline push-ups - This helps to stretch the legs muscles more compared to incline push-ups which then later will help you to complete the lower body muscles to in the end. This movement works your upper pecs and the muscles in your shoulders. When you do it regularly this will help increase your overall strength.


Squats - This is my favorite muscle as it is one of the fastest-growing muscles after the biceps and keeps the entire body balanced. I follow the rule of (25-30-25) repetition with a gap of at least 45 seconds to one minute which is a must.


Exercise and physical activity can be enjoyable. They give you a chance to unwind, enjoy the outdoors, or simply engage in activities that make you happy. Physical activity can also help you connect with family or friends in a fun social setting.

So take a dance class, hit the hiking trails, or join a soccer team. Find a physical activity you enjoy, and just do it. Bored? Try something new, or do something with friends or family.

Exercise and physical activity are great ways to feel better, boost your health, and have fun.
